Two street homeless best-friends, pregnant Rayne and optimistic Jazz, are given the opportunity to enter the ‘Welcome Home Lottery’, an annual competition held in their city. Two lucky winners will receive, glorious life-changing prizes. However becoming a winner means renouncing their former life of vagrancy and all of its associates.
